Intergate Quincy, Sabey Data Center Properties (Sabey), submitted a Notice of Construction application to revise their air quality permit, Approval Order No. 16AQ-E011, and expand their facility at 2200 M Street NE in Quincy. Sabey plans to install 37 of the 44 originally permitted emergency backup generator engines in buildings A, B, and C of their existing facility. Sabey proposes to install an additional 32 emergency backup engines in new buildings D and E. Potential annual emissions include 55.35 tons of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), 13.95 tons of Carbon Monoxide (CO), 2.33 tons of Particulate Matter (PM10) and 2.03 tons of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).
