Stella-Jones Agreed Order Public Comment Period 2026

We’re overseeing the cleanup of contamination at the Stella-Jones facility, located at 6520 188th Street NE in Arlington, Washington. We invite you to review and comment on the following documents:


·       Draft Agreed Order (AO): This legal agreement ensures that the cleanup follows state law.


·       Draft Public Participation Plan (PPP): The draft PPP encourages community involvement in cleanup decisions.
