The Department of Ecology is holding a public comment period for City of Everett Water Pollution Control Facility We invite your comments on the draft permit WA0024490. The permit authorizes the discharge of treated domestic wastewater into the Snohomish River and into Port Gardner Bay (Puget Sound).
