Naval Radio Station Jim Creek NPDES 401 certification

We invite you to comment on the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) request for 401 water quality certifications on the 2026 draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Naval Radio Station Jim Creek Permit.


We ask for your feedback on what water quality conditions we should consider to make sure EPA’s Naval Radio Station Jim Creek Permit meets Washington State’s water quality standards.
