Intalco-Ferndale Sulfur Dioxide Redesignation and Maintenance

We propose to request that EPA redesignate the Intalco-Ferndale Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area to attainment due to improved air quality and approve the 10-year maintenance plan for the area. Please let us know if you have any comments.


Ecology gives written comments the same consideration as oral testimonies. If you would like to provide oral comments, we will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2024 at 6 p.m. Pacific Time (US and Canada). Register in advance for the public hearing. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
